What was funny was that we just went over to a friend's place for a Halloween party this weekend over in Oak Ridge, and his televisions are still using the old firmware! What the hell. Seriously, this is so annoying. We tried to flip through Sunday night football tonight and it was absolutely disastrous. It was actually faster to go to a computer and find out what channels they were on, than to use the guide.<br><br>If you ask me? There's something seriously wrong with that picture. Totally agree. We watched something for a minute, then it started with no warning. AND TOOK FOREVER. Try rebooting your DVR now too- it takes forever for it to reboot. The delay when changing channels is annoying and the fact that it doesn't "recall" what aspect you have on, means if you change the channel, you have to change the ratio back when you switch back. Happens a lot here as Nick Jr is not in HD yet. Just very very annoying. If you hit menu, you don't get the program guide- you get a search and have to have an extra click to get to the guide and then wait for it to load.
