		<description>If one inadvertently DID click to get all this crap, how do you go about getting delisted?  I haven&#039;t found a way, yet, and the most irritating part is that the emails come from MY email address, so I can&#039;t even set up a filter because I&#039;m not going to blacklist my own address</description>
