wordpress.jpg cforms II is ajax based contact form that has many many features.

It has Dashboard features (showing last five entries), backup, restore, and all of it is in a database so you can track it.

Even more fun? You can drag and drop form management and duplicate forms. All in all, this is one plugin that you probably don't want to miss out on for WordPress.
