Sometimes, I find a tool that’s definitely not for the weak-hearted.
Regalyzer is one of those tools.
Basically… you don’t ever want to mess with your registry unless you truly know what you’re doing. Windows wise that is. Is it dangerous? Well, you could seriously mess some things up since the registry basically takes care of telling the computer where your applications are located and libraries, and other system type stuff. Regalyzer allows you to look at your registry, and edit it. Right then and there.
You can search for terms, use wildcards, regular expressions, the works. Pretty nifty stuff.
