MSConfig Cleanup

Weighing in at 650k, MSConfig Cleanup is a lightweight startup manager... cleaner. MSConfig itself allows you to disable services, but you really can't delete them. MSCleanup allows you to delete them. Gone. Good. Kaput.

While you might need to only use this... just a single time, it's still worth the effort to clean up a system if you want your Windows box running at the top efficiency.
