returnil.PNG Returnil is an incredible savvy way of using virtualization as a defensive mechanism for everyday use for your Windows system. What happens is that it basically backs up your system and runs the entire computer in a virtual environment. If you happen to get infected, or download malware? No problem. A reboot will take it back to however the system was set up at the start of virtualization.
If you’re looking to install, you just turn off the virtualization system, install or tweak your system, then turn on Returnil again. Reminds me a lot of Fortress, which is a commercial piece of software that does something similar and is implemented in many work and school environments. No need to fear data loss due to viruses and malware anymore. Just reboot. Nice.
