JkDefrag GUI

jkdefraggui.jpg JkDefrag GUI is this nice and beautiful frontend for the commandline version of JkDefrag. While this isn’t open source, it’s still useful since it’s freeware and is a lot better looking configuration utility than the original Windows version. This particular GUI requires you have the commandline version of JkDefrag, and it sets up all of the options (flags in the commandline) in a nice organized fashion.
It also has support for SysInternals PageDefrag, and supports multiple languages. If you’re looking for a full-fledged defragmentation utility and you’re an open source supporter, but you don’t get commandline, JkDefrag GUI is for you. It’s safe, yet better than the Microsoft’s plain old Defrag. Support for Windows 2000, 2003, XP, and Vista.
