MovableType plugin: Comment Registration
There are many reasons why you would want to have local registration versus a third-party hosted one. One is that if the third-party goes down, it doesn't inhibit your readers from commenting on your posts still. Comment Registration allows local registration for comment posting. This plugin for MovableType is built straight into the commenters section so it can track who's writing what and tally up the counts. Neato.
