RIM’s frivilous “name” lawsuit against Samsung

RIM? We hate to break it to ya, but what a ridiculous lawsuit.
RIM is suing Samsung for using the name BlackJack for one of their new products. Now if Samsung used Blackberry, we all could see the reasoning. But BlackJack? Give us a break. The next thing you know, Motorola is going to sue Gillette for selling razors. Or Blockbuster is going to sue the movie industry for using their name. We mean seriously. Don’t you have anything better to do with your money?
Oh, and by the way. Besides the fact that Blackjack is probably named for the casino game, judging by the latest commercials…there’s someone else that’s infringing on your trademark. Although we believe it’s prior art. Crunchberry, would you please stand up?
