CNET ranks politcians on tech-friendliness

CNet has a pretty interesting ranking of all US Representatives and Senators on tech-friendliness. They document how they scored and how each of the top Democrat and Republicans fared. Interestingly enough, this doesn’t just talk about the campaign issues, but it actually looks at how each of the individuals voted.
The highest ranking comes from Ron Paul (R-TX) who scored an eighty percentile. Little doubt that the higher scorers all came from the technology sector or have tremendous ties to the technology sector. There is also a map that shows how each state fares and where our politicians that represent us stand on being tech-friendly.
In our own state, Elizabeth Dole (R-NC) leads the pack with 60%, but the average of the state is somewhere around 50% anyways.
