The 18 Mistakes That Kill Startups

Paul Graham is one of our favorite authors. Mainly because he takes pretty obvious things and puts them right out there for people to understand about the world of geeks and business. His essay, “The 18 Mistakes That Kill Startups,” documents the mistakes that startups make that doom them from the time of entering the corporate world. While it’s not an absolute, it’s definitely a worthwhile read to understand the ins and outs of entrepeneurship.

  • Being guilty of those doesn’t make it bad… but a lot of it is really how you operate. Perhaps fixing some of it will increase profits.
Have to also realize that it’s more about the tech startups since Paul Graham I believe started out with Yahoo and is now doing his own things.
