Border patrol doesn’t dispute fake ids in crossings

In both our northern and southern borders, GAO (Government Accountability Office) investigators were let through the borders with counterfeit identification, sometimes without any in the past year.
Again, the GAO is investigating mismanaged and untrained errors by DHS. Strangely enough, DHS is one of the most funded government agencies right next to the Department of Defense. Some would think that being well-funded would mean well-trained.
Perhaps this was a matter of coincidence since DHS claims to have stopped 75,000+ counterfeit documents in the past year. But with the recent news of quotas being enforced by certain area offices for the air marshals, one can only wonder if DHS would have stopped the GAO investigators at all.
