DHS top terrorist target list

There's government pork, and then there's pork.

This is scary how much taxpayer funds go to the most outrageous types of DHS terrorist protection lists. Take for example that on the 77,000+ listed items, Mt. St. Helens is one of them. I mean really. A volcano? Okkkay.

How about the fact that malls are deemed "critical infrastructures" and given $50k grants? Or that seven hundred mortuaries made the list? Apparently casinos are a major national pasttime too since 1,305 of them made it.

We suppose you could say that people congregate at these areas, and thus they should get funding from DHS. But seriously. Are Americans not everywhere? Why not make all of the U.S. a DHS critical infrastructure zone? Throwing money at things without any security justification is a total waste of taxpayer funds and irresponsible on the side of the government. It's not like they're not supposed to protect the homeland or anything... oh whoops. We forgot that it's called the Department of Homeland Security.
