Instlux has got to be one of the most interesting ways to migrate from Windows into Linux. The installer itself acts just like an application installer and sets up the installation from either CD or Internet. Pretty useful for the people that want to take the plunge, but haven’t the slightest clue about the hardware configurations to get the installer running.
Sometimes, even that first CD configuration question is scary enough to make people run in fear. This project takes that fear away and just let’s you deal with the fear of whether or not you’ll ever need a crashing operating system again.
Don’t install this if you’re not ready to fully migrate from Windows!
