Nineth Circuit court decision – Try flying without ID

Personally I wouldn’t try this because of some of the people that actually work at the TSA don’t have all their marbles together but in accordance to a 9th circuit decision, you can fly without idenfication if you voluntarily subject yourself to mandatory secondary screening.

I’m curious to see who would try to actually try to pull this off in accordance to TSA regulations. What’s even more amusing is that there is no easily found TSA regulations for flyers on the TSA website. I guess it takes a court to reveal certain things about flying.
