How to peel a potato in one easy step

The Japanese are at it again, and I’m sure many chefs and cooks alike already know this, but here it is for those of us that don’t cook! If you watch the video, you’ll see that you first slice the potato all the way around. Then you cook that baby in some boiling water. Then drop it in some ice water for 10 seconds, and the skin just slips right off!
Just watch the video. It’s amazingly crazy. This will certainly beat peeling potatos in the future for mashed potatoes. Yeehaw.
