Is American Airlines following a secret TSA agenda?

Cory Doctorow was accosted by American Airlines security officers because of unwillingness to demands of names and addresses of all his friends he would be staying with in the US, even though countless number of other times, there were no security issues from other carriers. When he asked under which TSA policy that this followed, he was not given an answer. Read the dossier letter that Cory provided. It is interesting to note that as far as the public knows, there is no absolute TSA policy that requires you to write out a list of the people you are going visiting or staying with.
